Filming Locations —

•	Presidio of San Francisco (GGNRA / Presidio Trust), San Francisco: Fort Point National Historic Site. Baker Beach.

•	City and County of San Francisco: Golden Gate Ferry Terminal. Earl Warren State of California Building. Embarcadero at Mission Street. Highway 280 from 6th Street to Mariposa Street. Columbus at Vallejo Street.

This establishing shot of San Francisco
is from the top of Russian Hill.

On Highway 280, this shot was done from the gore where the southbound 6th Street and King Street ramps merge.

The car interiors were shot in Los Angeles, while the views out the windows were actually shot on Highway 280.

The limo is passing by on the Embarcadero at Mission Street.

On Columbus Avenue at Vallejo Street, this was done from the
back of the shotmaker while stopping at the red light.

This establishing shot was done on Baker Beach in the S.F. Presidio, but the rest of the scene was somewhere in Los Angeles. While we were shooting here, the crew of the 40 Days and 40 Nights reshoots tech-scouted the same location!

The California State Building is at the Civic Center Plaza on McAllister Street between Polk and Larkin Streets.

This is the San Francisco Ferry Terminal, located behind the Ferry Building at Pier 2 on the Embarcadero at Market Street.

Edited out of the movie was the largest scene that we did in San Francisco, an army surplus sale filmed at Fort Point National Historic Site. Here, Adam Garcia and Anjul Nigam's characters figure out where to get more hologram generators.

The scene included military jeeps and tanks, as well as lots of set dressing. Unfortunately, not only is it not in the film, but the DVD release doesn't include a Deleted Scenes section.
