City and County of San Francisco: Both the old Hall of Justice near Kearny & Washington and the new Hall of Justice at 7th & Bryant Streets were used for filming. The old one was torn down in 1969 and replaced with the Chinatown Holiday Inn, as seen in Dirty Harry.
