Perkinsville, Yavapai County: With many additions made to the location by the art department, the Perkinsville railroad depot appeared in the film as Gold City Junction. MGM brought "The Reno" (V & T railroad engine #11) up to the Prescott Santa Fe depot and from there to Perkinsville for the scenes.
